  • Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact support@ethnicka.com immediately for any changes before your order is processed for shipping.

  • How do I know my order is confirmed? Once your payment is successful, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your unique order ID and item details.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does delivery take within India? Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. If you need your outfit for an upcoming event, Express Delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

  • Does Ethnicka ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select global destinations. For international shipping rates and delivery timelines, please email us at support@ethnicka.com.
