1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@ethnicka.com.

  • Return Address: Once your request is approved, we will provide the specific return shipping address.

  • Shipping Labels: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages, Defects, & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your Ethnicka outfit as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at support@ethnicka.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong size, color, or design. We will evaluate the issue immediately to make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom & Made-to-Order: Personalized items or outfits tailored to your specific measurements.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance or seasonal sale.

  • Gift Cards: Ethnicka gift cards are non-refundable.

5. Easy Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the right fit or style is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new Indo-western piece on our website.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
