We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

3. Damages, Defects, & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your Ethnicka outfit as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at support@ethnicka.com if:

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance or seasonal sale.

Gift Cards: Ethnicka gift cards are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get the right fit or style is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new Indo-western piece on our website.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
